Party in a Box Rentals: $250 - $350
Each Party Kit includes a combination of consumable and reusable/rented items and several consultations to determine theme and appropriate activities. A few days prior to your party, I will deliver the boxes to your home, and a few days after the event, I will return to pick them up. There will be an inventory sheet included for your convenience. Each party includes invitations (choice of printed or eInvites) and a complete set up for up to 12 children, that includes table clothes, cups, plates, plasticware, napkins and custom centerpieces/table decor - all on theme of course. There will also be up to 3 party games or activities (specifics agreed on in advance). In addition, there will be several other decor items, such as a welcome sign and easel, balloons (and an inflater), party favors, and instructions with photos for ideas on how to set everything up. Purchased separately, the items in the boxes would cost you well over $500.
Slumber Party
Base price is $250 for up to 3 setups.
add $25 for each additional setup after 3
Example: 6 partiers (including birthday kiddo) would be $250 + $25 +25 +25 = $325
Included in each setup is a tee-pee tent, an air mattress with bedding including pillows and a blanket, a nightlight, popcorn, box of candy, drink (water bottle, soda or juice), and plenty of on-theme decorative items (items vary with each theme).
Also included in the party package is at least 2 activities,
a customized welcome sign, balloons, and party favors.
Set up & Tear Down Service is included with Slumber Parties.

A complex decor item package could be a variety of things. An extensive balloon arch or seriously involved backdrop consisting of a more custom made items. These would be backdrops and props that require us to create something we don't already have in storage.
Examples of this would be the larger than life Minecraft Characters, or this hand-painted Transformer, or a series of life-size Fortnite silhouettes would be an example of a Complex Decor Items.
A simple balloon arch, pillars and/or backdrop consists of a round or landscape frame with balloons around it, balloon pillars or backdrop as pictured below. As is everything Epic Parties does, it would be customized to fit your theme.

You are planning to do the heavy lifting, but you need someone to come alongside you and talk things through. Includes 3 phone calls and unlimited text and email communications throughout the planning phase of your event.
